BOOKING POLICY

Bookings:
Bookings are required as materials, equipment, and in some cases room hire is sourced based on booked numbers. No refunds as you are
paying for a space. If you are sick and can provide a medical certificate you will receive a credit to book another course.

Cancellations:

No cancellations but postponement is possible with a medical certificate. You may also transfer your booking to a friend or family member. Make up classes are offered to my regular term students. If course is interrupted by the COVID19 payments are preserved for a time that we can reconvene.

ARTWORK POLICY

Understanding Practice Work:
Artists have copied other artists work over the years as an exercise to understand the process and as practice, and that is perfectly acceptable as long as the artwork is not claimed to be more than a replica study. It is a practice piece only and must not be signed, sold or exhibited
as an original.
 
Copyright:

It is the student's responsibility to understand copy right laws and to only sign, sell and exhibit original artworks. It is best practice to provide Authentication Certificates with original artworks.

ZOOM CLASS POLICY

Copyright Infringement of Zoom Sessions:
You cannot record my zoom sessions or replicate my classes. The penalties for copyright infringement are: For corporations – financial penalty up to $585,000. For individuals – financial penalty up to $117,000 and a possible term of imprisonment of up to five years.
