Course Outline: Art journalling is a visual diary where you can creatively express your ideas, thoughts, feelings, memories and emotions through art and design. You have endless possibilities for artistic experimentation as your journal can be as unique as you are. No art skill is necessary as this course is about design and learning how to create a mixed media piece. Layering with images, typography, stencils, collage, stamps, abstract art etc... Tracey is an artist and social worker who will take you on a journey of story telling, empowerment, self discovery... Be creative, build your skills as a designer, learn abstract techniques, become a visual story teller of magical moments but most importantly dream big and visualise your goals and intentions. This class is designed to help anyone step out of a busy world and take some time to nourish oneself. Me time! Time to unwind and create. Additionally it is designed to support people experiencing anxiety or stress. 

Materials: Students bring own materials, see the website menu bar under HOME - MATERIALS & TERMS.

Cost is based on: $20 per class x 10 weeks = $200. You can use PayPal "Pay in 4"

Tai Chi, Dip. Qigong, Dip. Art Therapy Teaching, Master Reiki/Meditation/Mindfulness.  Tracey Woods teacher at Ebb & Flow Studio. Fine Arts Formal Training in Watercolours, Mixed Media, Pottery, Printmaking, Paper-making. Additional - Social Worker & Counselling Degree, Former Tertiary Lecturer, Diploma of Sound Therapy & Sound Therapy Teaching. Bridie Knibbs Tertiary Cadet (co-teacher for Primary classes) at Ebb & Flow Studio. Graduated HSC Band 6 Visual Arts, Photography, Multi Media. Additional - Studying Visual Communications, Majoring in Photography at Torrens University.
