Tai Chi 24 or Tai Chi Ball or Qigong
All run at Ebb & Flow Studio (one by Zoom) Qigong and meditation is part of every class offered
Face to face classes in studio or at park next to studio:
Tai Chi 24 Form (with Qigong warm up)
Monday 10.30 - 11.30am Beginners
Monday 1 - 2pm Experienced
Monday 7 - 8pm
Tai Chi 24 Form (with Tai Chi Ball warm up)
Tuesday 10.30 - 11.30am Beginners
Tuesday 1 - 2pm Experienced
Social interactive classes from the comfort of your living space:
Family Qigong by Zoom (any age kids/teens or adults, Active Kids voucher too)
PAYMENT AND PASSES
A pass is a discounted rate to regular students:
Casual is $20 per lesson
$50 Pass is based on $12.50 per class, students attend once a week, for 4 weeks
$60 Pass is is based on $6.25 per class, students attend twice a week, for 4 weeks
