ON-HOLD Therapeutic Art

Starts: 6 February, 2020

Duration: 10 weeks in a term, 2hrs per class

Time 12.30pm - 2.30pm

Fees can be adjusted for late start in term.

Cost: $200 for the full 10 week term

Can be paid in installments of $50 x 4

Most art materials are included (eg. not canvases and this would only be a one off per term).

Therapeutic Art Group meets from 12.30- 2.30pm every Thursday in term. A supportive, inclusive and creative environment led by Kerry-Anne Art Therapy Teacher. Explore a variety of creative adventures, mindfulness practices and the benefits of engaging in artistic activities. NDIS customers welcome.These classes are for learning how to use art as an activity that can enhance mindfulness, creativity and social participation, they are suitable for anyone and everyone who is looking for a gentle and supportive creative space. No artistic talent is required just a sense of creative adventure.

Kerry-Anne is formally trained in Fine Arts and Graphic Design.  

Her Graphic Design studies were done in the only Selective Collage in NSW in the early 90's and was for artists chosen to go into book illustration or a design field. Kerry-Anne has worked in fashion design, graphic design, interior styling, photography, story book illustration, animation, graphic design and in a fine art gallery. Kerry-Anne has furthered her studies in Counselling and Art Therapy Teaching.
