Learn Reiki with Kerry-Anne and Tracey

“Each and every being has an innate ability to heal as a gift from the gods"
Mikayo Usui.

Traditional Japanese Reiki is one of many forms of TCM that is effective in pain management and treating emotional disorders such as depression and PTSD. This is something we offer outside of art making because we believe art making and a harmonious mindset brings deep connection. People use Reiki to relax and strengthen their wellbeing; reduce pain, anxiety, and fatigue; help manage symptoms; reduce side effects of medications; and support recovery after injuries or surgery.

Traditional Japanese Reiki is taught according to Master Usui and is called: Usui Reiki Ryoho - the great knowledge of life energy. Traditional methods include:

•  The Precepts

•  Meditation Techniques

•  Symbols and Mantras

•  Reiju/Initiation/Attunement

•  Hands-on Healing
