Qigong for People with Chronic Conditions FREE
7pm Australian AEST - Starts back first week in February
Tai Chi & Qigong, is a mind-body exercise therapy, typically used to manage chronic pain conditions. During Tai Chi & Qigong exercises, the slow motion and weight shifting improves musculoskeletal strength and joint stability. Kerry-Anne qualified instructor Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation. The class will include a cool down section with body scan or short meditation. You will need a camera and microphone (most laptops or ipad/tablet/phone devices have this). You can use Goolge Cast or Apple TV to mirror to your TV.
