Adult Term 4, Mindfulness Watercolours and Mixed Media

We follow the public school term which

starts Monday 9 October - Friday 15 December

This is a new class so all newcomers are welcome to book now. Students must supply their own materials.

Course Outline: This is a blend of calm watercolours and other paper based art including mixed media by a qualified art teacher, and art therapy teacher.  The classes are designed to help you be creative, learn techniques but most of all teach you mindfulness. 10 week term (based on $20 per class) Thursday nights 7pm - 9pm. Aircon warmth/coolness, beautiful studio, orthopaedic seating, aromatherapy, chill out music, great company, quality tea and coffee and a highly quailed teacher. Learn to get into your flow state… flow and learn it is all about the process and the flow, perfect for beginners. 

We will use mixed media (for paper-based work) mostly watercolours and Jane paints adding in other media such as charcoal, pencil, pen, ink... 

This course will incorporate mindfulness, breath work, flow as well as the guiding Reiki Precepts. (Usui taught the precepts to support his students on their spiritual path of self-healing). Chill-out music and aromatherapy in the background to make it an unwinding and enriching experience. Beginners are welcome. Creativity and calmness is the key. 

Kerry-Anne likes to discuss materials on the first night so no need to buy till after the first class. You can look at the materials in advance found on the website menu bar under MATERIALS.

You will need, simple watercolour paints, Jane paints and multipurpose waterbased brushes just for the heads up. 

Cost is based on: $200 (that's only $20 per class) You can use PayPal "Pay in 4". If the term has started you can ask for me for a discount.
